Use the links below to access your student's personalized google drive folder to upload pictures.

WHAT TO SUBMIT:

Highlight Photos of your Student:

• Up to Eight Photos of your child at CKS events (individually or with classmates)

• You may also add a few short videos to potentially be included - think 5 seconds or less

• DO NOT send photos of YOU with your child - as much as we love our CKS parents, these will not be included in the slideshow.

• Please do not send pictures of kids at events outside of CKS sponsored event*

• First Day of School. Please submit a picture of your student on their first day of school (as an individual) or at some point during their kindergarten year. *If your kindergarten year was NOT at CKS you may send in a picture of your child for their first day of school. The first day of school photo will not count towards your 8 photos.

In addition to submitting eight special photos that you would like featured of your child, we’d love for you to add to the general class photo folder.

Think of those top eight as your child’s highlight reel and the extra ones as the additional moments that help tell the full story! These contributions will make for an amazing, well-rounded slideshow that the whole class can enjoy.

WHAT NOT TO SUBMIT:

• Please do not send pictures outside of CKS sponsored events.

• Exception: If your kindergarten year was NOT at CKS you may send in a picture of your child for their first day of school. The first day of school photo will not count towards your 8 photos.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

You can submit photos to be included in a variety of ways, the easiest method for us to track the top eight photos for each child have been submitted and ensure they are highlighted in the slideshow is to upload your eight (8) photos into your student's folder in google drive (links below). There is a help document which shows how to upload the photos in a step by step guide. 

If you struggle with the google drive, below are alternative options to submit your highlight pictures:

• Upload to Memento Album: https://albums.memento.com/cksclassof2026

• Shared photo album via iPhone to Heather LeClair (214-505-9627)

• Email them to Shared Album (cksclassof2026@submit.memento.com)

We would love any additional photos you would like to contribute to the slideshow, however we ask that those photos be uploaded to the General Folder in Google Drive, by scanning the QR Code, uploading to Memento or in a shared iPhone photo album.

​SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR HIGHLIGHT PHOTOS:

• Deadline for photos/videos prior to 8th grade is November 15, 2025

• Deadline for photos/videos during the 2025-2026 school year is February 6, 2026

The sooner the better, please try not to wait to submit until the last possible moment. Our suggestion is to submit eight photos prior to 8th grade, and then help us gather as many fun photos as possible from the 2025-2026 school year. The eighth grade year will have a lot of coverage in the slideshow, as there are a lot of fun events to cover. Take ALL the pictures and videos too, then please share them with Heather.

Regarding events after February 6th - don't worry we will make sure update the slideshow just before the end of the year with class milestone events.
