Do's and Don'ts for Submissions

Here are some tips on your photos or videos you upload.

DO: Limit your photos

Limit the photos for the General Slideshow to 8 photos/videos

You can include a short video (under 5 seconds) in addition to your 8 photos. We are going to try to incorporate short videos if possible.

Limit the photos for the Gender Specific Slideshow to 12 photos/videos

You can do 12 new photos or the same 8 plus 4 new photos. Again, you are welcome to include a short video for us to try to incorporate. If you have general videos, even better. They may help us highlight key milestones over the years at CKS.

DO: CKS sponsored Events

The photos should be from a CKS-sponsored event.

DO: JPG format for photos

Please use JPG for photos so we are consistent in our format.

DO: High Resolution is Best

This will be for a video so try to upload high resolution.

DO: Photos of your students not YOU

We love your smile, but we won't be able to include photos of you with your student in the general video. We can be more flexible in the Gender specific video if you have a photo you LOVE and want it included.

Don’t MISS THE DEADLINE!

In order to make sure we have time to make the most quality video possible, please ensure you have uploaded all your photos by the deadline of February 1st!! Late submissions are not guaranteed a place in the video, you don't want to miss out! The sooner the better so I know that you are working on finding photos. It will help me organize them as well.
